Returns and Exchanges
We know you will be completely blown away with your order. However, we understand occasionally it might not work out for one reason or another.
All Custom orders are final sale. We don’t accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on customized orders. However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order at email@example.com.
We do accept exchanges for up to 30 days once you receive your package on non-custom orders. To be able to honor the exchange the item must be returned unused and with all packaging and labels attached. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get return shipping information.
We have the right to refuse any returned gear at our discretion.
